A 50% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the remainder paid no less than 30 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, cheque and bank transfer.
You must inform Vapouround of any cancellations at least 30 days before the event date. Refunds will not be issued. However, Vapouround can transfer your ticket to another party if your request is received 30 days prior to the event.
All guests will receive their tickets via email prior to the event. If you fail to present your ticket at point of entry, Vapouround and the venue reserve the right to refuse your entry.
Vapouround will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should the event be cancelled or rescheduled. Please also note that the event timetable is liable to change but we shall endeavour to keep attendees informed of any changes.
The Vapouround Awards are representative of the entire vape industry. We take our impartiality very seriously. As such, any brands or individuals attempting to ‘buy’ votes or awards by purchasing tickets, sponsorship or advertising may be barred from the event and have any contracts terminated.
By attending the Vapouround Awards, you give permission for Vapouround staff, the venue, the events team, the security team, journalists and any other photographers, vloggers or videographers to record you for the purposes of promotion, entertainment or security.
Prior to the event guests are expected to take any diet requirements, allergens or intolerances into consideration before informing Vapouround of their requirements.
Vapouround nor any of its partners will be held responsible for the loss or damage of any property brought into the venue.
All attendees are expected to behave in orderly and respectful fashion for the duration of the event.
